Pristine: Like new condition, no visible marks or scratches. Perfecto!


Very Good: Minimal or no scratches. Any scratches to the body are not visible at more than 12 inches. Any scratches to the display they will not visible when in operation. Close to new condition


Good: minimal but noticeable scratches/marks visible on the screen and body... they're there. Barely noticeable when device is in use. 


Stallone: Noticeable signs of wear and tear which may include potentially deep scratches and possible deep scratches to the screen and body.

My sister ordered one and it was really amazing! it was exactly like said but it was a huge bummer on how she had to get the wrong colour as there’s no green selling at the moment. i was thinking to get one as well, but as said green wasn’t there. I really hope alpine green gets sold soon I know many people who want some including myself!

Got a free upgrade!

Initially ordered a Pristine iPhone 12, after 3 days of non delivery, Jay confirmed it was lost in transit, and sent out another device the next day. That device came in great condition but in the wrong colour, so contacted again. Jay then said they didn’t have any more stock of my colour choice; but offered me an iPhone 13 Pro pristine instead for my troubles which I immediately accepted! The Sierra blue is beautiful, and the customer service is elite. Will be buying my next phone from here if I need too
