chRge IT Warranty/Terms & Conditions

 The following applies to both Faulty Refurbished iPhones and Unsatisfactory Repairs:


We offer a 6 chRge IT month warranty on all repairs and devices.


  • The warranty is subject to no physical damage.


  • Warranty cover is only provided for the specific devices/repair service(s) purchased.


  • If a fault is found on your repaired or refurbished phone, it will be replaced not refunded unless significant circumstances occur whereby chRge IT concludes a refund is the best resolution for all parties involved.


For Repairs:

In the unlikely event that a repair doesn’t go to plan, all In-Warranty repairs will need to be shipped back to chRge IT at the cost of the buyer. chRge IT will then review the condition of the device and if it is eligible for a free of charge in warranty repair, we will repair and ship the device back to you using the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service (1-3 Day delivery) at no extra cost. If a fault isn't found, the device will still be returned to you free of charge, with a note of all technical tests conducted on the device, and why the fault wasn't fixed

Please ensure the device is packaged well and securely. chRge IT takes no responsibility for any products that get damaged or lost in transit. This will need to be taken up with the courier the device was sent with.

chRge IT recommend that you create a backup of your data prior to sending the device to us. chRge IT is not responsible for data loss, recovery, or compromise of data, or software arising out of the services provided by chRge IT.

By purchasing our services you agree to send your device to chRge IT within 7 working days from purchase, unless other arrangements have been made with one of our representatives.
