Our Simple 5-Step Trade-In Process: 


1. Select Your Device: Choose your device from our Trade-In page and select its condition. For further information about device conditions, and our grading system, click here.
2. Get an Instant Quote: Receive a quote instantly based on your device's make, model, and condition. 
3. Checkout & Payment: Fill out your checkout details, and choose how you would like to be paid.  (Bank Transfer or chRge IT Voucher). Score an additional £25 When trading your device in for a chRge IT Voucher!
4. Ready, Set, Ship! Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a free shipping label and a form to fill out with your bank details and other necessary information. Ship your device within 5 days to secure the quoted value!
5. Receive Your Payment: After we receive your device and verify its condition, we'll process your payment promptly. Typically within 24hrs of receiving the device. If you haven't received payment within 7 days of the device being received, email with your Trade-in ID/Order Number.

Quality Assurance: We reserve the right to reject a device for any reason if it does not meet our standards. This ensures that we maintain the quality of our refurbished products and uphold customer satisfaction.
Device Rejection Fee: In the event that a device does not meet our standards and needs to be returned, we may charge a £15 processing fee to cover processing and handling costs.
