Our grading conditions are universal and can be applied to all devices on our site. They correspond to the external condition of our refurbished products. We have created a simplified classification system which follows the basic terms that most refurbished grading systems follow - so both you and our technicians can understand it!

Pristine: Like new condition, no visible marks or scratches. Perfecto!

Very Good: Minimal or no scratches. Any scratches to the body are not visible at more than 12 inches. Any scratches to the display they will not visible when in operation. Close to new condition

Good: minimal but noticeable scratches/marks visible on the screen and body... they're there, but you probably won't notice unless you're looking for them

Stallone: Noticeable signs of wear and tear which may include potentially deep scratches and possible deep scratches to the screen and body. You may get lucky and get something a lil nicer though... jeez our grading system is harsh!

Our Technicians run a 90+ point inspection check to ensure that the device you get is fully functional and is accurately described in correspondence to our grading system

We offer an amazing 6 month hassle free warranty across all of our devices. This covers all technical malfunctions and issues upon delivery, but is automatically voided upon accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft.

Shipping times:

• All orders received before 1pm are shipped on the same day - You’ll receive your order within 3-7 working days... probably earlier because we are awesome! We use Royal Mail or DPD tracking numbers for every order, you will be able to follow your package to your door from start to finish.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund upon return.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please select 'Contact Us' below with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

A refurbished device is a pre-owned device that has been given a second chance at life. They may have been damaged in the past but repaired, or customer returns. Each refurbished devices is rigorously tested and graded by our experts. We test 90 key features on each phone to ensure that the end customer has complete peace of mind that their device will be amazing!
