Sending your device to us for a Mail-in repair

-Select the type of repair you require from our page for any Mail-in repair requests

*If you have multiple different repairs for the same device, or wish to send in multiple devices, it can be done as one order. Please contact via email for bulk repair discount and we will provide a custom discount code :)

- After payment has been made, we will provide you with the address of your designated technician

- Then post the device to the address provided

*We recommend using a tracked and signed service with insurance such as Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day 1pm
(Insured up to £500)

- If applicable, send us the tracking number at chrge_it@outlook.com or any other method of contact

- We will contact you upon receipt of your device

- We accept most popular and widely used payment methods

- We reserve the right to decline repair requests without providing a reason 


*In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with a repair, all repairs come with a 90 day hassle free warranty to ensure piece of mind. The warranty is susceptible to no physical damage and is automatically voided when the device is opened by anyone other than our repair technicians.

*We advise that you do not send any phone cases or other accessories. We do not take any responsiblity for any accessories that get misplaced during the repair.
