Pristine: Like new condition, no visible marks or scratches. Perfecto!


Very Good: Minimal or no scratches. Any scratches to the body are not visible at more than 12 inches. Any scratches to the display they will not visible when in operation. Close to new condition


Good: minimal but noticeable scratches/marks visible on the screen and body... they're there. Barely noticeable when device is in use. 

 

Stallone: Noticeable signs of wear and tear which may include potentially deep scratches and possible deep scratches to the screen and body.

Best device I’ve had!

Ordered a very good condition XS, came a day late but they refunded me the cost of postage immediately upon contact. Jay notified me about my device every step of the way and had Royal Mail notify me about the whereabouts of my package from start to finish. Even wrote a sweet note with my phone and got a few extra goodies which I didn’t pay for as well. Overall, can’t recommend enough. I truly believe this company is the best for refurbished phones and the customer service is out of this world. Great stuff!
