Very Good: Minimal or no scratches. Any scratches to the body are not visible at more than 12 inches. Any scratches to the display they will not visible when in operation. Close to new condition

Good: minimal but noticeable scratches/marks visible on the screen and body... they're there. Barely noticeable when device is in use.

Stallone: Noticeable signs of wear and tear which may include potentially deep scratches and possible deep scratches to the screen and body.

Excellent service and great condition phone

I ordered a very good iPhone XR but shipping got delayed so I was upgraded to a pristine condition phone the phone was on 93% battery health. The customer service was excellent jay was extremely kind and helpful

I ordered in pristine but it came with a small mark on the screen. Had a lovely chat the customer service rep Jay who was extremely kind and helpful, he had the phone was swapped for a brand new sealed one the very next day on the spot. Was also sent some tempered glass screens, and some pop sockets as an apology along with an apology letter. Way more than what I expected for the smallest issue. A⭐️ customer service and I would recommend to anyone!

Wow!

Bought a ‘Very Good’ condition white iPhone XR. Got a phone call about 1 hour later saying they’d ran out of very good and pristine condition ones in white, so it would take an extra day. I paid for next day delivery but they refunded the cost of postage even though i said they didn’t have too! 2 days later, I get a sealed iPhone, completely BRAND NEW! 100% capacity, never been activated, nothing. Have no clue how this is profitable or even possible, but it’s an easy 5 stars from me

Ordered a white iPhone XR in Pristine condition. Literally came with the sealed packaging. Also got a tempered glass screen preinstalled and a white pop socket as well. All the accessories were original. I don’t know how he does it but this kid is insane. And for the price I paid? Immaculate condition. Had True Tone and 96% capacity. Could not recommend enough. I will be buying all my refurbished devices from here
