Pristine: Like new condition, no visible marks or scratches. Perfecto!

Very Good: Minimal or no scratches. Any scratches to the body are not visible at more than 12 inches. Any scratches to the display they will not visible when in operation. Close to new condition

Good: minimal but noticeable scratches/marks visible on the screen and body... they're there. Barely noticeable when device is in use.

Stallone: Noticeable signs of wear and tear which may include potentially deep scratches and possible deep scratches to the screen and body.

Good quality, slow service

I ordered my phone and received an email saying my order had been received and was pending. I was told delivery would be 2-7 days. A week later I had no updates so contacted the company. They replied quickly and told me if there were any problems I would be emailed . I received no emails. I sent multiple orders back one forth and still didn’t receive any updates until someone whom I assume is the manager replied and set he personally would sort out my order. I don’t know what happened but basically 2 weeks went by with no product and no phone. However , around 2 and 1/2 weeks after I made the order, I finally got an email saying my order was being prepared and shipped . 3 weeks after I first made the order I received my phone . So far it seems in immaculate condition, the colour I wanted, and with 100% battery. The manager left me a hand written note apologising for the delay which was very appreciated, he also upgraded me to pristine free of charge. Currently writing this on my new phone which I absolutely love so would recommend buying, just contact the company if you don’t hear any updates and ensure they sort it . :)

The phone is in amazing condition can’t tell it’s not brand new if ur not really looking would suggest this company .
